Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Please note that some remote locations may have limited carrier availability or extended delivery times.
Carriers
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method. The best available carrier will be selected for your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We do not actively support shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us before placing your order.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. Cryo X Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and send a replacement as soon as the claim is processed.
