Shipping Policy

US Shipping

Samples always ship free. Buy any 2 or more cans of paint (quarts and gallons, mix and match) and shipping is a flat $10. Single cans, orders of 5 or more gallons, and 5-gallon buckets ship at live carrier rates shown at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Please note that some remote locations may have limited carrier availability or extended delivery times.

Carriers

We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method. The best available carrier will be selected for your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We do not actively support shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us before placing your order.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders ship at carrier rates calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. Cryo X Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf and send a replacement as soon as the claim is processed.
