Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cryo X purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: You may return unopened, unused product within 365 days (1 year) of the original purchase date.

Product Condition: Only unopened products (other than the sample) in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return. Opened cans or bottles cannot be returned. Products must have been stored in a cool, dry place and must not have been exposed to excessive heat above 100°F (38°C) or freezing temperatures. Products that show signs of improper storage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: 

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You must purchase your own shipping label and send items back to Cryo X Co. We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier, as Cryo X Co is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All returns must be authorized before shipping. Contact us at jordan@cryox.co to initiate a return.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
